The FOI Fund welcomes research partnerships that further research relevant to the effective prohibition of biological warfare. The Fund works with community organizations, non-profits, and other researchers, cooperating to secure public records.

The purpose of our partners must be non-commercial and, generally, must relate to obtaining documents of broad public interest. Guidance on submitting casework to the Fund is available here.
